Longmere Lake Lodge Bed & Breakfast is located six miles north of Soldotna, on the Kenai Peninsula, Alaska's outdoor playground. Come experience Alaska with hosts who were born and raised there, providing you with the best adventure possible. Whether you are looking for an intimate get away, an Alaska salmon, halibut, and trout fishing package, or a first class facility for larger groups, here is just the place you've been waiting for. Start each day with a hearty full American style breakfast from June through August. End the day's adventure in the large commons room and enjoy a panoramic view of the lake as you relax by the fireplace. Enjoy watching the loons and ducks feeding at the water's edge or see the rainbow trout spawning in the sandy bottom of the lake. Private telephones, and satellite television will be waiting for you after your day on the Kenai. A large freezer is provided to accommodate your freshly caught fish; or you can enjoy a delicious fish bake on the on-site barbecue.
All guestrooms feature alarm clock radio, bathrobes, ceiling fans, hair dryers and VCRs.

| Area Attractions
The Longmere Lodge can arrange custom fishing charters for the world's largest King Salmon, Silver and Red (sockeye) Salmon, Halibut or Rainbow and Dolly Varden Trout or other activities to be enjoyed during your Alaskan stay. Fish on the world famous Kenai River or the nearby Kasilof. The innkeepers will assist you in preparing your fish for shipping to your final destination. For the real touch of Alaska, enjoy floating the majestic Kenai River in a small drift boat with an experienced Alaskan guide. Fly-in fishing trips can be arranged. On these fishing trips you will enjoy beautiful scenery, glaciers, Alaska Brown Bear, etc. For the more active individuals are guided bird watching trips, mountain hiking and clam digging. Fall brings the hunting season beginning with the majestic Alaska Dall sheep season (August 10) followed by moose and caribou seasons. During the winter for the hardy visitor, an exciting time by enjoying snowmobiling, ice fishing, cross-country skiing. Relax in the evening around the large stone fireplace. |

| Driving Directions
35955 Ryan Lane, Soldotna, AK - Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport: Depart the airport heading West and turn right onto West Access Road and continue for 2.0 miles. Make a slight right turn onto Northern Lights Boulevard/Point Woronzof Road and continue to follow Northern Lights Road for 3.5 miles. Northern Lights Boulevard becomes West Benson Boulevard, which you will follow for 1.8 miles. Turn right onto AK-1/Seward Highway and continue for 102.2 miles. Turn right onto AK-1/Sterling Highway and continue for 35.3 miles. Turn left onto St. Theresa Drive/St. Theresa Road. Turn right onto Edgington Road/Edgington Lane. Make a slight right turn onto Ryan Lane and continue until you reach the property. |
